These Terms and Conditions govern the cleaning services provided by Suzy's Cleaning Services LLC. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you (“Client,” “you”) and Suzy's Cleaning Services LLC (“Suzy's Cleaning Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting an estimate, booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Suzy's Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-out/move-in cleaning, commercial cleaning, and post-construction cleaning throughout the Maryland area. The specific scope of each service will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided based on the information you share about your property and cleaning needs. Final pricing may vary if the actual condition, size, or scope of work differs from what was described. We will communicate any significant changes to the estimate before proceeding whenever possible.

4. Scheduling, Access, and Rescheduling

  • You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • If our schedule changes, we will contact you to arrange an alternative appointment time.
  • We ask that you notify us as far in advance as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
  • Lockouts or an inability to access the property at the scheduled time may result in a cancellation or rescheduling fee.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional charges.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. We back our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: if you are not satisfied with any area we have cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours of the service and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional charge. This guarantee is limited to re-cleaning and does not constitute a cash refund unless required by law.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Please secure or inform us of any fragile, valuable, or sentimental items so we can take extra care or avoid them.
  • Please let us know in advance of any hazards, special instructions, or areas you do not want cleaned.
  • Please secure pets in a safe area during the service for the safety of your animals and our team.

8. Liability

Suzy's Cleaning Services is fully bonded and insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and address the matter. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improperly installed or unstable fixtures and items. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

9. Non-Solicitation of Staff

Our team members are a valued part of our business. You agree not to directly hire or solicit any Suzy's Cleaning Services team member for private cleaning services outside of our company during their engagement with us and for a reasonable period thereafter.

10. Photographs

From time to time we may take before-and-after photographs of cleaned areas for quality and promotional purposes. We will not photograph personal or identifying items, and you may opt out by notifying us in advance.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
